I don’t know about you but at least once a month I crave carbs. It’s usually when I’m not feeling well. Maybe I have a headache. Maybe I didn’t get good sleep the night before or maybe I’m just fighting something, the reason’s vary.
If you’re eating, or trying to eat, Paleo then diving headlong into a bowl of pasta or eating a loaf of bread really aren’t an option. Besides, you just feel worse afterwards.
